- To participate actively in the design and execution of enhancements and projects in the specific area of competency for Stryker divisions

- The competencies required would be analytical skills, good understanding of business and business processes, skills to gather the business requirement and provide appropriate solution

- Knowledge of ITSM process like change management, incident management and problem management

- Should be proactive towards working on continues improvement activities for generating higher productivity in terms of business benefits and reduction of ticket count.

- Should have worked in a distributed delivery model with internationally located teams

- Should work as a SPOC in managing internal stakeholders at various level

- Should be able to independently support business operations and also handle enhancements and small projects turning around SAP-FI module

- Should have experience in supporting SAP system integrated with Vertex ( tax compliance solution for Sales & Use Tax, GST, PST and HST), with good knowledge of Vertex system / configuration

- Must be able to multitask, evaluate high priorities and deliver quality performance under pressure

- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively work in a team environment

- Exceptional customer service orientation, with a focus professional interaction with all customers, contractors and vendors, both internal and external to Stryker

- Ensure the integration between the Project team, Support team and the business community

- Ensure timely issue identification, resolution, handling escalation & ensuring process consistency

- To communicate the functional and processes requirements to the development team by developing and maintaining design/technical documents.

- Preferred Expectations:

- Exposure to Planning tools, HANA preferred

- SAP certification preferred

- HP-ALM knowledge, working experience preferred

- Should be able to roll out training programs around SAP which allows smooth onboarding for team members into the same domain

- Should have at least 6 to 8 years of SAP FI modules experience, with minimum two end-to-end implementation and multiple support projects with exposure on Upgrade and rollouts

- Should have hands on experience in configurations of all aspects of SAP FI & CO Modules

- Detailed business knowledge in finance (General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Consolidation, Special Purpose Ledger, Travel Management) with ABAP debugging skills is required

- Working experience on RICEFW realization and should be able to cater and map the business requirements

- In depth knowledge of FI integration with Vertex and other SAP modules CO, MM, SD, PP which includes Technical Architecture

- Required to have exposure and understanding of business functions like manufacturing, finance, purchase, inventory management, manufacturing

- Minimum Qualifications :

- Should have at least 6 to 8 years of SAP FI modules experience, with minimum two end-to-end implementation and multiple support projects with exposure on Upgrade and rollouts

- Should have hands on experience in configurations of all aspects of SAP FI & CO Modules
