Structured Commodity Trade Finance Role - Global Transaction Banking

Our Client is looking to hire a qualified professional with business-based academic backgrounds to join the global SCTF (Structured Commodity Trade Finance) middle office & Central team within Global Transaction Banking. The global support is from Amsterdam, with focus on internal processes, audits, NPAs etc. Primarily involved in covenant monitoring, deal management, KYC support, documentation support & other deal related activities.

They are looking to recruit a person to play an important role with direct face off against the Business community and will also involve regular interaction with other offshore teams as well as with GTB onshore teams, CRM, GTO, finance, RPM etc.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support deal team on global transactions management; including compliance to KYC norms, ensure correct set up of deal in the system; timely receipt of covenant compliance certificates & deal documentation.

- Coordinate & participate in in multi disciplinary projects; improvements of products & processes.

- Covenant monitoring: including 4 eye checks, due dates, documentation & relevant escalations.

- Private Risk Insurance: provide exposure numbers, calculation of utilization for premium payments, check premium schedules, maintain tracking

- Account monitoring: Analysis of Accounts for each client, update systems with deal specific criteria, assess findings & portfolio monitoring

- Manage correct set up in systems.
