StrideOne - Senior Manager - Legal - LLB (3-7 yrs)
We are looking to hire a Senior Manager for the Legal team at StrideOne.
- Candidate needs to be a LLB graduate with minimum 5yrs PQE in financial institutions lending to corporates (mid and large) of various products include supply chain finance, term loans, working capital, and have a good understanding of NBFC structure and must also possess good drafting and negotiation skills.
- PQE requirement stated above is a must and only those candidates meeting the above requirement should apply.
- Knowledge of Companies Act, Listing obligations, Employment Law, Foreign Exchange Laws, etc.
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions and investments.
- Experience in business partnering with other executives and demonstrating the ability and desire to provide proactive, pragmatic advice in furtherance of the business agenda.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate in legal environments where laws can be unclear and judicial system not always robust.
- Work remotely with external counsels and business stakeholders in multiple locations across India
Candidates based out of New Delhi, NCR will be given preference.
