We aspire to build Strauss as a comprehensive sports and fitness brand offering widest range with quality and affordable prices. We currently have over 300 products. We are scaling rapidly and continue to add more and more products across sports and fitness categories. The key responsibilities as a part of the role will include : - B2B Sales involving Retailers, Distributors, Hyper-Retail, Modern Retail etc. - B2C sales involving clients such as Gyms, Yoga Centres, Sports Clubs, Schools and Corporates. - Relationship building with the above mentioned entities. - Develop internal, external leads, arrange meetings, presentations and provide progress reports on regular basis. - Develop, manage and guide Sales activities for the organizations. - Identify and utilize effective promotional and marketing efforts to include research, telephone prospecting cold calling, referral incentives, and networking. - Assist in the design and execution of the Sales Plan and Strategy. Undertake Offline and Online Sales to meet Sales Targets. Qualifications &amp; Requirements : - 2 to 4 years of outside sales experience, selling to Retailers/Distributors etc. Candidates without relevant experience in selling WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. - Ability to quickly connect with others and demonstrating exceptional customer service and presentation skills. - Ability to self-direct and work independently. - Microsoft Excel/Office, Spreadsheets, Data Analytics, CRMs etc. - Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. Passion to deliver a positive customer experience; Ability to maintain composure in difficult situations - Must be able to build strong client relationships and professionally manage internal and external stakeholders, with an ability to prioritise time, ability to pushback and a sense of urgency. - Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise in order to meet daily, weekly, and long-term requirements and goals. - Passion for Sports &amp; Fitness will be an added advantage.
