Strauss - Manager - Sales & Growth (2-6 yrs)

Strauss is one of India's leading sports and fitness brand and we are on the lookout for a stellar candidate to join our core Leadership team with a focus on Sales, Business Development and Account Management. We aspire to build Strauss as a comprehensive sports and fitness brand offering widest range with quality and affordable prices. We currently have over 300 products and are scaling rapidly and continue to add more and more products across sports and fitness categories.

The key responsibilities as a part of the role will include :

- Management and end to end ownership of Indian e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, PayTm, Meesho, Moglix etc.. Day to Day Account Management, Relationship Management and Sales growth (Month on Month, Quarter on Quarter performance metrics.)

- New Channel Growth on platforms such as Amazon USA, UK, France, Germany, UAE and other relevant global e-commerce platforms. End to End ownership with aggressive sales targets.

- B2C sales and relationship building involving clients such as Gyms, Yoga Centres, Sports Clubs, Schools and Corporates.

- Develop internal, external leads, arrange meetings, presentations and provide progress reports on regular basis.

- B2B Sales involving Retailers, Distributors, Hyper-Retail, Modern Retail etc.

- Develop, manage and guide Sales activities for the organizations.

- Identify and utilize effective promotional and marketing efforts to include research, telephone prospecting cold calling, referral incentives, and networking.

- Assist in the design and execution of the Sales Plan and Strategy. Undertake Offline and Online Sales to meet Sales Targets.

Qualifications & Requirements :

- 2 to 6 years of E-commerce experience with companies such as Snapdeal, Amazon. Flipkart etc.

- Ability to quickly connect with others and demonstrating exceptional customer service and presentation skills.

- Ability to self-direct and work independently. Entrepreneurial mindset with attitude suited for a fast paced start-up environment.

- Microsoft Excel/Office, Spreadsheets, Data Analytics, CRMs etc.

- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. Passion to deliver a positive customer experience; Ability to maintain composure in difficult situations

- Must be able to build strong client relationships and professionally manage internal and external stakeholders, with an ability to prioritise time, ability to pushback and a sense of urgency.

- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise in order to meet daily, weekly, and long-term targets and goals.

- Passion for Sports & Fitness will be an added advantage.

Salary Range : Market Standard Salary + Very Strong Incentives
