Strategy Team Member - Retail Operations - Bank (4-6 yrs)

A premier private sector bank is hiring for Retail Operations - Strategy Member with At least 4-6 years of relative experience with a mix of Strategy, Banking, consulting, operation.

An Ideal candidate should be from a well know consulting firm or bank with an experience of Contributing by improving the existing retail banking operation processes, designing new processes resulting into cost savings, organisational efficiency and inter departmental alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Help devise and lead new strategic initiatives with the management

- Provide strategy support for existing business operation

- Contribute in strategic cost saving initiatives, business transformation initiatives and act as link between business and operation

- Contribute in variety of Operations projects which have organizational impact

- Contribute in process design and execution across functions in Retail Banking Operation

- Organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly

- Demonstrate proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability

Role Expectations :

- Strategic thinking and structured problem solving approach

- Aware of statistical using statistical modelling methods to prepare reports and Use of latest data analytical tools and software wherever required

- Can adapt to various competing demands and demonstrate the highest level of customer service and response

- Provide thought leadership and sound business judgment to drive the team research analysis on projects across industry

- Able to quickly come up to speed on different business and perform devise the strategy for operation

- comfortable in engaging and influencing internal leadership team members to support and challenge activities
