Curriculum Developer- Strategy Specialist

- We are currently retained by a leading education player in the country to hire a Curriculum Developer- Strategy Specialist to join them as a part of the CXO's office.

- The role would be to work closely with the Curriculum Development Team and other function heads in designing, building and deploying efficient systems and processes that prepare the organization for fast-paced growth and project managing curriculum workflow to ensure the on-time release of the product.

- The role is based in Mumbai

- Please note this is with an education startup that is growing in an exponential manner so please apply only if you want to work with a startup and are passionate about the education space.

Responsibilities :

1. Project managing curriculum workflow to ensure on-time release of the product.

2. Due diligence and coming up with specific product curriculum strategy

3. Playing an instrumental role in building and executing product curriculum strategy

4. Creating reports using data and market trends pertaining to Edtech.

5. Building SOPs as needed for various projects.

6. Identifying and working with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and risks are flagged and all risk mitigation is done

7. Providing all necessary support for seamless execution of projects in their scale-up journey.

To fit the bill, you must :

- You must be a B. Tech from a premier institute

- 3-5 years of experience working in a growing impact-focused organization in the content development role.
