Strategy (MD's Office) BFSI

Strategy, Projects & Business Analysis & Analytics:

- Cross-functional stakeholder alignment, project management and driving strategic initiatives.

- Direct business planning efforts across all lines of business and functional areas.

- Drive strategic initiatives for the organization in line with the gaps identified through strong MIS & governance.

- Collaborate with functional leaders and teams to implement and institutionalize change.

- Work on the organizational strategic leaders along with the MD for improvement & tracking.

- Build effectiveness and efficiency within the organization.

- Playing an influencer role with various stakeholders to get the correct status of the projects and work out possible solutions.

- Providing all necessary support for seamless execution of projects in their scale up journey.

- Business planning, Business performance tracking, Business Hygiene tracking, Audit & Investigation, Process Implementation, Organizational restructuring, product-portfolio management, End to End Management for business deliverables for Board & committees in Financial Services Industry.

Pre Requisites :

- MBA from a Top Tier B school with experience in pan-India strategy and handling successful key projects with a volume.

- You should have been a part of the MD/ CEO/ COOs office and have experience in business strategy and project management.

- Excellent in critical thinking skills, data analytics, modelling, and operational analytics funnels.
