Roles and Responsibilities
- Working closely with Management/OOM/HR on various strategic Initiatives, from conceptualization to fructification
- Giving timely and proactive feedback to management on various issues
- Supporting management in the execution of strategy and bringing it to fruition
- Escalating in a timely and proactive manner critical incidents highlighted from Analysis of Databases, MIS, and PBRs etc.
- Incorporating and executing feedback resulting in Process streamlining, increasing efficiency and Performance management
- Ensuring maintenance of Databases and utilization of the Data for critical presentations for Management /Leaders/Teams to facilitate focus on Macro picture and vision
- Ensuring contribution to Organizational intellectual property warehouse through preparation of important notes, corporate presentations and other tools
- Maintaining and developing processes for improving efficiency
- Working closely with Leaders and HR to enable efficient performance management
- Working closely with various teams e.g. Technical research team, RB Team, EBO, Back office for Process Streamlining, issue resolution, identifying and removing bottlenecks
