Strategy & Planning Role - FinTech Startup

Here's what will be in store for you at - the client once you join the team.

This role will be heavily focused on the client's revenue verticals within financial services. as a strategy planner, you will design the future of the client. You will perform independent research, evaluate the right strategic choices, lead pilots and hence as a result enable the right decisions and strategic path forward to enable growth/profitability amidst competition and constant change aligned with the company's vision and mission.

What you will do:

- Collaborate with / influence internal and external stakeholders across functions - to formulate a long term strategy as well as assess what it takes to execute the strategy and align all teams towards achieving it.

- Develop business plans, forecasting models and scenario analysis. maintain and communicate detailed reports to track performance against plan.

- Examine strategic performance, spot emerging business & product opportunities, identify business threats/blockers, look for novel strategic solutions, and develop creative action plans.

- Own competitive intelligence - be the top expert in knowing what is happening in the business and the industry.

- Lead pilots for / own the execution of some identified strategic bets and programs which tie into the overall strategy.

- Support product & business teams in solving high impact problems/blockers
