Strategy & Operations Role - Healthcare (2-8 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Responsible for the development and oversight of the business's corporate strategies in order to support growth objectives while strengthening the business core to develop and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Drive the all the 3Ps of marketing and form strategic alliances and partnerships.
- Play a key role in strategy formulation, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, and leading cross-functional teams in the development of business-wide operational strategies.
- Responsible for all the on-ground Business Development work, customer experience and operations.
Requirements :
- A candidate for this position should have at least 2 years of working experience in a corporate strategy position within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
- The candidate should have substantial exposure to corporate strategy management, with direct exposure to top management strategy formulation and decision making.
- He /she should also have experience being a central piece of a wide range of strategic decision-making processes.
