Strategy Manager/Senior Manager - CXO - Infrastructure

We are looking for a Strategic Manager- CXO office for our client in infrastructure sector.

Ideal candidate will be Graduate + MBA full time from a tier1/2 college. He/she will have worked closely with leadership team. He /she will be able to drive agendas, manage stakeholders, hold meetings and presentations and manage the CXO diary. Excellent personality and communication skills are a must .

Job Details :

Location : Delhi/NCR

Reports to : CXO

Experience : 1-4 yrs ,strong in Finance , analytics, presentation skills , stakeholder management

Education : Graduate with MBA - Regular

Skills / Competencies : Business outcome driven with a solution mindset ;- Analytical skills ; - Innovative and capability to come up with out of box Ideas. ;- Good facilitator/coordinator

Relevant Experience (Functions, roles, duration) : Business Analyst/Consultant/Strategic EA profile

Working Conditions : Regular working hours ; 5 days a week.

KRA

- Drive all departments for timely and accurate data sharing with stakeholders for meaningful analysis

- Submit an error-free/accurate presentation to stakeholders for key decision making

- Organize team review meetings for performance discussion and improvements

- Circulate the agenda of discussion

- Prepare a MOM of the review meeting

- Circulate the MOM with the action points/deadlines agreed

- Track the closure and ensure reporting to stakeholders

- Execution of Spl. Projects/initiatives
