Strategy Manager/Program Manager - EdTech Startup (2-4 yrs)
Job Description :
- As a Program Manager you are expected to work alongside the founder and other teams and bring scalability in the services
- You are expected to lead multiple strategic initiatives
- Develop, articulate, and defend sales strategy recommendations on a routine basis
- Translate data into meaningful business recommendations and actions
- Presenting findings, projections and recommended actions.
- Make recommendations based on internal and external factors to minimize risks and formulate plans to achieve an organization's short and long-term goals.
- Work with marketing and sales functions to develop initiative plans
- Expanding business & improving profitability of the company; identifying new streams for long-term revenue growth
Must have :
- Be a qualified MBA from premier institute
- Must be proficient at analyzing data, building reporting and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
Desired :
- Proven experience as a Program Manager / Strategy Manager would be preferred
