Strategy Manager - Corporate Strategy - BFS (5-10 yrs)

Recruitment Need: 

- Given the rapid growth of the organisation, We are looking at individuals who can help build and scale its portfolio companies. The fund is on the lookout for Strategy & Operating professionals from varied backgrounds to work closely with the fund team to drive superior returns for our investors. 


- The selected candidate will be seconded to our Portfolio Companies, either on a rotational basis (minimum 2 years in a company) or for a longer duration with one organisation (basis mutual agreement).

- Individuals need to have work experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Organisations creating in B2B/ B2B2C products or services

- Organisations creating in B2C products or services

- Implementation of technology -based solutions

- Experience in driving sales effectiveness in organisations

- We would want an equitable number of men and women in the mix, with a preference to higher more women candidates, should they fit the eligibility criteria.

Qualification-PG in Business Studies from a Top-15 B-School (IIM candidates preferred)

Experience: 

- Minimum 2 years, but ideally between 3 to 4 years of experience in Sales Effectiveness/Sales Strategy/Technology implementation/ being an Executive Assistant to the CEO.

- Preference to candidates from consultant firms or corporate strategy divisions driving sales. Experience in business consulting is an added advantage.
