Job Description :
- Evaluate and prioritise the pursuit of various new markets based on strategic objectives, competitive factors, business impact and investment efficacy.
- Build the business case for entering each market and articulate a product strategy to underpin it, develop detailed launch plans alongside high level goals and OKRs.
- Evaluate and prioritise the pursuit of various new products and services based on strategic objectives, competitive factors, business impact and investment efficacy.
- Collaborate with regional business units, functional teams and the product team to identify new product and feature development opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to roadmap the launch and scaling of new products/services.
- Collaborate with regional launch teams, functional teams and the tech team to roadmap and playbook market launches and scaling.
- Own revenue planning for launch and growth stage markets, and co-own business outcomes.
- Align leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on strategies, objectives and plans.
- Drive execution on international expansion across new market launches - product scaling.
Key Requirements :
- MBA or Master's degree.
- Experience in operating model strategy to execution in a technology business.
- Experience building and leading operational and strategic initiatives, running multiple projects or work-streams simultaneously.
- Experience collaborating with product and cross-functional teams.
- Solid communication skills, including the ability to take complex, ambitious topics and create compelling narratives for different audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, quantitative, or business field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking/private equity/venture capital, corporate strategy, PnL ownership of growth stage business units, or equivalent experience in a technology company.
