1. Collaborate with stakeholders, develop roadmap for execution

2. Understand culture, and past experience in handling big change management projects

New Technology / Disruption :

1. Working on evaluation of new technologies,

2. Creation & execution of digital transformation initiatives

3. Developing new business models for the VUCA world

- New Revenue Streams identification, Business case & Pilot

Experience - 8 - 12 years of experience from consulting background

- Experience in executing strategy projects, product development, sales/service projects or worked in PD, Sales/service functions

Qualification : 8 - 12 years of experience from consulting background / Agri background
