Strategy Lead - Internet/Online

Key Responsibilities:

- Have an instant impact on our new business/functional strategic activities

- Work on streamlining organization wide strategic initiatives

- Oversee cross-departmental communications

- Setting priorities on business agendas

Job Description:

- Work directly with the founder on existing business and agenda.

- Be part of the CEO office to manage and participate in new business/functional strategic initiatives.

- Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives related to people

- Prioritize launching new products/businesses

- Assist in board and investor management and future financing rounds

- 2-4 years of related experience in start-up and/or consulting background.

- Excellent understanding of business drivers

- Understanding of technology and previous experience in managing business and technology projects especially with external customers

- Understanding of fintech ecosystem (regulations, Aadhaar stack, competitive landscape in wealth tech) is a huge plus

- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence versus direct management
