Strategy Lead - EdTech Startup - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

We are currently retained by a leading education player in the country to hire a Strategy Lead to join them as a part of the CXO's office.

Please note this is with an education startup that is growing in an exponential manner so please apply only if you want to work with a startup and are passionate about the education space.

Responsibilities :

- Drive business strategy initiatives for the organization.

- Collaborate with Function leaders and teams to implement and institutionalize change.

- Lead a variety of projects on various business initiatives

- Build org effectiveness and efficiency within the organization.

- Playing an influencer role with various stakeholders

- Providing all necessary support for seamless execution of projects in their scale up journey.

Requirements :

- You must be an MBA from a Top Tier B school with 3-5 years of significant experience handling successful key projects with a volume,

- Preferably someone who has been in a consulting role with TOP management consulting organizations

- Excellent in critical thinking skills, data analytics, modelling, and operational analytics funnels.

- Ready to travel if needed.
