We are currently retained by a leading tech-based start up to hire a Strategy Lead attached to the CEO's office.

Would you want to work with the CEO's office on key programs?

- The role would be to directly work with business leaders and team to ensure programs from the CEO's office remain on track.

- This role need someone who is passionate about growth, process, product and has proven experience in cross-functional stakeholder alignment, project management and driving strategic initiatives.

- Please note this is with a start-up that is growing in an exponential manner so please apply only if you want to work with a high-paced work environment.

- And more importantly, if you have experience of working in the CEO's office to qualify along with MBA from a top B school (non-negotiable).

Responsibilities :

- Direct business planning efforts across all lines of business and functional areas.

- Drive strategic initiatives for the organization in line with the gaps identified through strong MIS & governance.

- Collaborate with functional leaders and teams to implement and institutionalize change.

- Work on the organizational strategic leavers along with the CEO for improvement & tracking.

- Build effectiveness and efficiency within the organization.

- Playing an influencer role with various stakeholders to get the correct status of the projects and work out possible solutions.

- Providing all necessary support for seamless execution of projects in their scale up journey.

To fit the bill :

- You must be an MBA from a Top Tier B school with 6+ years of significant experience in pan-India strategy and handling successful key projects with a volume.

- Preferably someone who has been in a consulting role with TOP management consulting organizations followed by experience of working in a tech start up.

- You should have been a part of the CEOs office and have experience in business strategy and project management. (Please note this criterion is non-negotiable).

- Excellent in critical thinking skills, data analytics, modelling, and operational analytics funnels.

- Experience of managing large team.
