Strategy HR Manager

Desired Profile :

- The primary purpose of this role is to develop a roadmap for organization's HR priorities by designing HR strategies and execution plans, along with project management.

- The incumbent would also be responsible for HR Audit and HR Analytics, wherein the output of these units would feed into the HR strategy formulation and designing of interventions. The role also encompasses employee engagement and internal communication.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

- Proficient with SAP

- Outstanding communication skills (written and oral)

Job Responsibility :

- To govern various strategic HR budgeting exercises across the organization

- To Implement HR strategies by establishing department accountabilities including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labor relations

- Develop HR financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions and further minimizing the impact of variances

- Support management by advising/counseling and implementing automation of HR processes, talent management, engagement and capability building processes

- Governs design and development of new initiatives for strategic HR outcomes and encompasses organization transformation, process re-engineering or technological advancements

- Assist in driving various HR projects on driving agenda of continuous improvement across the organization

- Ensure initiation and sensitization of the employees towards digitization and automation of the processes

- Perform "due diligence" review for the senior management

- Establish a baseline for future improvement for the function

- Ensure compliance on performance management aspect like quality of goals

- Ensure compliance on talent acquisition aspects like adherence to recruitment policies

- Support in building intelligent business decisions using insightful analytics and MIS reports
