Strategy Head To Chairman Office - Global Technology Firm (10-16 yrs)

Strategy :

- Facilitate and manage the annual strategic planning process aimed at articulating the plan for the forthcoming year action plan towards the strategy

- Employ effective prioritization techniques to help leaders identify priority areas that align with the organization's vision and mission

- Socialize the strategic imperatives to the concerned and relevant stakeholders across the organization and gain their commitment for executing the strategy

- Ensure collaboration and integration amongst stakeholders, functions, geographies, roles etc to achieve the organization's most important strategic initiatives

- Work on complex and critical issues and gain insight into the strategic issues which are forefront on the minds of the senior leadership team

- Stay informed of industry, competitor, and consumer trends that can impact the business and incorporate the insights into strategic imperatives

Governance :

- Create governance frameworks and forums for strategic initiatives to ensure that they are periodically regulated

- Institutionalize robust RACI metrics that enable effective decision making for strategic projects

- Build and / or buy tools and processes that enable a robust governance of initiatives

- Ensure effective project management of strategic initiatives through regular connect, feedback and analytics

- Develop and communicate strategic and operational plans, scorecards and business solutions through high-impact, executive level presentations

Stakeholder Management :

- Collaborate with ecosystem of internal stakeholders, customers, channel partners and any other stakeholders to ensure their alignment to the strategic imperatives of the organization

- Serve as advisor to leaders and other executives by sharing insights on aspects critical to the concerned strategic initiatives

- Partner with external consulting organizations and / or experts in order to enable execution of strategic imperatives

Executive Management :

- Ensure preparation of detailed project plans that include all actions required for successful implementation of the strategic initiatives including collaboration with leaders / functional heads

- Communicate and socialize responsibilities and involvement of relevant stakeholders basis the approved strategic / project plan and establish metrics to measure progress against set timelines

- Collaborate with the leadership and the HR team to ensure appropriate techniques, processes and tools are seamlessly enabled to ensure facilitation of strategic initiatives
