Strategy Head - Internet/Online - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI (10-20 yrs)
We are looking for an Strategy Head to shape our organization's long-term strategy, that support continued improvement of the business's overall performance. The person will be tasked with assessing organizational performance, developing achievable goals and implementing processes that improve organizational effectiveness and build a sustainable competitive advantage.
- Support the development of long-term organizational strategy, product and business diversification
- Conducting research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc.
- Aligning goals, processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy.
- Devise Investment, Merger & Acquisition strategy
- Assessing market trends, competitors, threats and opportunities.
- Planning, implementing and managing proposed recommendations and projects.
- Collaborate with senior management to devise effective short and long term plans.
- Create actionable goals that make it possible to turn that mission into tangible results.
- Assess and strategize transformative projects to make sure they align with the company's goals
- Looking for MBA from Tier 1 Institutes with exp in Strategy. Prior exp in a consulting company is mandatory
