- The Strategy & Finance Officer will play a critical role in developing and implementing the financial business strategy, operations & reporting.

- As a member of the leadership team, she / he will advise the CEO and other Functional Heads, evaluating and assisting them with their financial plans and economic modelling.

- He / she will provide leadership and guidance to the organization on financial, planning, and resource allocation issues.

- The person should have a Investment Banking background and must have led M&A deals/key transactions
