Job Description

- In this role, you'd be expected to work with the client and project teams to support projects across the globe from the Bangalore office in India in for their Healthcare strategy consulting piece, driving strategic and operational initiatives, implementing innovative solutions, taking stock of results, and ensuring that the targets are met.

You'd be responsible for driving projects to achieve competitive advantage from strategy and operations and drive both growth and profitability.

The Successful Applicant

As a successful candidate, you should have:

- MBA or MHA from a Tier 1 institute

- 2-5 years of relevant experience and business knowledge in US Healthcare including Provider, Payer and Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences consulting doing Healthcare strategy consulting

- Participation in the improvement of business processes, data and process standardization and development of future state business models

- Exposure to projects dealing with operational performance improvement, such as labor and productivity assessments, supply chain management, process mapping and design, Operating model design, project management, benchmarking, technology effectiveness assessments and market strategy

- The ability to communicate clearly and showcase work to generate the right insights from the data

- Strong analytical skills and ability to carry on quantitative and qualitative benchmarking; primary and secondary analyses of large and complex data
