- MBA from Tier 1 college (Eligible batches 2017 / 2018 Batch or CA

- 2-5 years of experience with McKinsey, BCG, Bain, ATKearney

1) Working on New Growth Avenues and Opportunities

2) Fund Raising

3) Business Strategy consulting experience (go-to-market strategy, cost take-out, corporate and business unit growth strategy, efficiency plays, business & digital transformation in the Financial Payment industry

4) Hands-on experience (min 1+ year of experience Pref ) Exp in Consulting in Fintech Domain

5) Awareness of industry trends, challenges and solution landscape in at least one of the FSI sectors

6) Deadline-oriented and quality focused - Support team in development of deliverables, manage specific work-thread, develop plans for components of engagement

7) Research and critical study of industry and competitive landscape Designing and tracking key business metrics for each division and new business verticals being rolled out

8) Creating Annual Operating Plans in collaborations with various teams Tracking and analysing budgets vs actuals Strategy and fund raising support Investor reporting Investor relations
