Education :

- Bachelors in engineering, economics, BBA, etc. from Tier 1 colleges from India or abroad

- Masters in Business, economics, Public policy, international development, sustainable development from India or abroad

- Phd - Not mandatory

Experience : 4 - 8 years

Management consulting - Strategy consulting

- Tier 1 companies - worked across range of projects from market entry, NPD, Financial strategy, market strategy, Operations, etc

- Data Analyst and research roles in consulting firms

- Could be renowned development sector consulting firms with big project delivery experience

- Start-ups experience - entrepreneur

- Worked in fast pace start-ups - in strategy and business planning teams

- Large corporates - strategy and business planning teams

- Sustainability experience (not mandatory) - ideal would be for someone who has worked in for profit social enterprises

Relevant experience :

- Data analysis, research, reports, thought leadership

- Management Consulting, Strategy and business planning

- Project management - program design to delivery

- Look for high performers - academically, and professionally / Some spike in the resume

- Interest in Impact, resilient growth, green recovery, Sustainability
