Candidates should also have prior experience across the following area(s) :

- Growth Strategy: Current state assessment, inside-out and outside-in analysis, market assessment, market sizing, competitive/ peer benchmarking, customer analysis, pricing and channel strategy

- New Product Launch: Industry and market dynamics assessment, target segment identification, TAM estimation through top-down and bottom-up approach, evaluation of target geography using macroeconomic indicators

- Capability Driven Strategy: Client's current capabilities evaluation and gap assessment, alternatives assessment and develop strategic ways-to-play for companies to stay ahead of the curve

- Deals Strategy: Shortlisting potential target candidates through search & screen, opportunity size assessment and impact estimation, synergy assessment along with identification of key risks, EBITDA analysis, gross margin impact analysis, developing cost models and revenue models Skills Preferred:

- Demonstrate proven industry and management consulting skills while working collaboratively with business stakeholders and project teams to deliver measurable results

- Leading project work streams and working autonomously with minimal direction

- Attention to detail, sense of ownership, superior planning skills, ability to multitask and prioritize workload

- Understanding of project management techniques and tools

- Synthesize complex information and generate meaningful insights based on analysis of client's data and information from primary and secondary research

- Experience in analysis and modeling using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio, Visual Basic, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, UI Path or other similar tools

- Experience in creating sector specific POVs and thought leadership

- Experience in creating digital assets and accelerators

- Structured verbal and written communication skills, strong facilitation and presentation skills

Professional & Educational Background : MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree from a top business school
