Strategy Consultant - Governance & Development Consulting Firm

About the Organisation:

Our client is a governance and development consulting entity that works with political leaders and bureaucrats at multiple levels to create scalable impact. They aim at combining a top-down management consulting approach with a bottom-up understanding of the governance ecosystem, as well as leveraging its technology and data expertise to deliver on its mandates.-

Within three years of inception they have become the preferred partner for a number of state governments in India and currently work in close partnership with them to solve a complex range of issues across sectors.

About the Role:

As a member of the core team, you'll work on engagements that will reshape government, and society, and be the torchbearer of a new wave of social impact in India

You'll collaborate on large-scale challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds and disciplines, increasing your understanding of complex governance problems from diverse perspectives and developing new skills and experience to help you at every stage of your career.-

You'll work directly with clients - usually on site and you'll take ownership of creating sustainable change on the ground.

Preferred candidate :

- 4-10 Yrs experience in a challenging and complex strategy role

- Proven record of high performance and substantial achievements in your past positions

- Smart & motivated to bring about a change in the social impact space
