Role - Strategy Consultant_Business Initiative in Global set up

- Strategize, plan and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity and risk.

- Provides leadership in the management of relationships and integration /implementation of programs/services/initiatives

- Develops metrics and evaluates performance of programs, services and initiatives.

- Prepare regular dashboards on key operational metrics & KPIs for executive level briefing

- Monitor business performance, support any business process re-engineering efforts to improve / optimize current process

Skills: 

- 6+ years of experience in developing / managing operational analytics, strategic relationships and coordination with business, technology and service providers.

- Proven knowledge to represent the Investment banking LOB entire range of products and services to the technology teams and Vice-versa

- Ability to influence outcomes and results; ability to connect numbers to scenarios and plans.

- Strong communication skills; Prior experience in a team lead or management role.
