Strategy Consultant - Analytics Firm - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

One of the leading analytics company is looking out for Consultant - Strategy

Reports to (Title) Sr. Engagement/Engagement Manager

Job Responsibilities:

 - Support engagement managers and practice heads with problem definition and designing approach methodology, recommendations, etc 

- Manage vendor relationships and undertake business development activities by preparing project / work proposals, capability decks, etc 

- Interact seamlessly with team members to ensure that individual and collective goals are met

 - Develop models and frameworks to simulate larger forces that drive various industries such as financial models, pricing models, etc

 - Conduct on-field primary research to develop deeper insights and work alongside client teams to add value to projects 

- Take complete ownership of the projects assigned as well as guide analysts and associate consultants on research and analysis techniques

Education & Experience :

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Bachelors degree (Engineering/ Commerce/ Economics) from a top-tier university 

 - Preferred MBA from a top-tier B-School in India or abroad

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: 

 - 2-4 years in a strategy/ consulting role (preferably), or in the industry along the areas of strategy/ marketing/ other key roles

Required skills:

 - Excellent written and oral communication skills (English)

 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and an ability to work well within teams 

- Strong organizational skills, ability to effectively handle multiple assignments simultaneously, set priorities, be proactive, etc

 - Detail-oriented with high standards for written and visual presentation of information

 - Experience in Digital Transformation in Industrial and/or Technology company is preferable 

- Worked in Chemicals, Diversified Industrials, Pharma or Technology sector

- Collaborate with senior consultants, engagement managers and practice heads to provide client deliverables and assist in business development activities.

- Consultants provide finer insights and analysis that helps BA drive results for our clients. Consultants are additionally responsible for developing project methodology and approach and also for building proposals to support business development.

- Consultants receive broad business exposure by travelling to client sites or other several locations to conduct primary research and gain in-depth insights
