Strategy/Business Analyst Role
- Perform market and competitor research to understand industry trends and latest technology trends to define an optimal solution with differentiation
- Developing business plan for acquiring companies in coordination with BU Heads and explore growth opportunities to align with the strategic vision of the Group
- Drive end-to-end M&A process - target search, industry and competitor analysis, valuation benchmarking, term sheet preparation, due diligence, negotiation with target and deal documentation
- Evaluate acquisition candidates; build financial models and business cases for acquisitions and funding
- Work with the senior management to concretize the five-year business plan, market analyses, financial analyses and scenario planning
- Analyzing Business units and collaborating with the business heads to drive initiatives
- Building technology, tools and new workflows for productivity, market differentiation
- Buy Vs. build decision making :Preferably from Diagnostic Industry and a must from retails healthcare
- Analytical knowledge revenue stream/Mix/Profitability and cost Centre in retails healthcare
