Strategy Analyst - for a new-age Real Estate Organization - Mumbai !

Our client is a well-funded and established Real Estate firm which is looking to change the way the real estate industry works. They have some very innovative products and solutions for the real estate industry and is growing rapidly.

- They are looking to hire a young Business Analyst for their firm

The incumbent will be responsible for :

- To conceptualize and develop business initiatives/strategies to drive organizational business planning for new initiatives.

- Analyze the business performance from multiple aspects and present to leadership.

- Responsible for tracking key metrics and communicating business trends to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with Strategy team to develop strategic initiatives using quantitative data for making decisions

- Collaborate with Stakeholder to create & improve workflows

- Provide critical insights & recommendations for new business development, new products and solutions, and/ or new market development

- Define and independently manage data collection and analysis of variety of key markets.

- Use both quantitative and qualitative data sources to generate analysis

The ideal fit would be a candidate with :

- BE / CA / MBA from a reputed B-school

- 2 - 6 years of experience as a Strategy Analyst

- Ability to translate structured and unstructured problems into analytical framework

- Ability to experiment with alternate analytical techniques to solve a problem

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- SQL, Excel, other scripting languages (R, Python, etc.)

- Basic understanding of statistical modelling and tools such as R, Python, Spark, SAS or SPSS

- Be ready to relocate to Mumbai
