Reporting to :Lead, Product

About the team:

The following are the key mandates of the product team as a bridge between business and academic teams

1. Measure & drive profitability in collaboration with different business functions (Sales, Service, Logistics, Marketing, Collection, Procurement)

2. Measure & drive impact in school in collaboration with the academic teams (Content and Product Research)

About the role:

As a Strategy Analyst, Business Excellence; your key responsibility would be:

1. Identify and publish improvement metrics of profitability and growth (50% time)

a. New customer acquisition parameters

b. Customer retention and key customer satisfaction parameters

c. Efficiency of the fulfillment process

2. Identify and publish improvement metrics of product impact (30% time)

a. Product feature adoption parameters

b. RoI / value generation by individual product features

3. Take up projects to drive improvement through process changes, product changes or team training (20% time)

In this role, you will be expected to:

1. Understand and measure critical and non-critical business flows in collaboration with different teams

2. Analyze the data regularly and provide actionable insights

3. Be integral part of measuring and improving the business outcomes

Qualifications:

1. Tier1/Premium Engineering Colleges ONLY

2. 2 to 4 years of experience

3. Worked in-depth at least one-domain of operations, supply chain, sales management to improve business profitability/ efficiency for at least 2 years
