Strategist Lead - Market Research - IT Services (18-25 yrs)

Need 18+years of experience for this role.

The Market Research Lead will focus on project acquisition, lead generation, prospect management and meet existing clients. Will be responsible to analyse client business referrals & network, provide existing clients with all services offered and work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult throughout the acquisition process & layout plans for the commercial team to put together business proposals and in effect increase revenue. He / She must be a person with high calibre in market research, energetic, well-spoken, driven to close business proposals and increase revenue & should be able to join the team and work across different time zones.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications :

- MBA degree from a Tier 1 B-School

- Experience in Marketing & Research oriented work

- Lead market research activities for existing client, basis the business requirements/needs

- Ability to influence all levels and work effectively across functions, geographies, and corporate cultures & visions of the customer

- Proven track record of exceptional performance and high productivity, ability to prioritize for business impact among competing needs

- Proven track record developing business proposals through actionable insights and recommendations.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities, coordinating business generation activities, developing customized sales strategies

- Building business relationships with current clients, mining current & new client within the same logo

- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support

- Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts

- Research and identify new business opportunities - including growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships & or new ways of reaching existing markets

- Understand needs of customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these

- Job location is across Pune/Hyderabad/Bangalore & Gurgaon
