Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking an innovative and analytical Strategist to join our climate energy and sustainability practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sustainability, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective strategies for our clients. This role requires a visionary thinker who can analyze complex environmental issues, develop actionable plans, and drive impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Analysis:

- Develop comprehensive sustainability strategies for clients across various sectors.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' current sustainability practices and identify areas for improvement.

- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in climate energy and sustainability.

2. Client Engagement:

- Work closely with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and requirements.

- Present strategic recommendations and actionable plans to clients, ensuring alignment with their objectives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

3. Project Management:

- Oversee the implementation of sustainability strategies and initiatives for clients.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and adjust strategies as needed.

4. Research and Innovation:

- Conduct research to support the development of innovative sustainability solutions.

- Generate new ideas and approaches to address complex environmental challenges.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into broader business strategies.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation for clients.

- Communicate findings, strategies, and progress effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.

- Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of quality and accuracy.

6. Thought Leadership:

- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and workshops.

- Contribute to the firm's knowledge base by publishing articles, whitepapers, and case studies.

- Share insights and best practices with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in strategic planning and analysis within the climate energy, sustainability, or consulting sector.

- Strong knowledge of sustainable practices, renewable energy technologies, and environmental policies.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions.

- Experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Renewable Energy, Business Administration, or a related field.
