Business/Function: Global Sourcing and Procurement

Grade: F

Location: Gurgaon

- The role will report to the GSP EMEA and AP Sourcing Manager based in London and will be responsible for supporting the India business with the management of its procurement and related key supplier activity across Real Estate and Office Services. These services include facilities management, catering, staff transportation and other related services.

- This role will have responsibility for supporting the development of local procurement processes to ensure procurement is being undertaken in accordance with defined MMC policies and procedures. It will involve working with l local leadership to ensure alignment of procurement activity to these processes.

- The role will be responsible for the strategic Vendor Management of key supplier relationships across GOSS (in conjunction with relevant Op Co and MMC business stakeholders). This includes the supplier of integrated facilities management services.

- The role will require working with GSP colleagues globally to drive and leverage the development of category strategies and vendor management best practice.

Responsibility

- Manage, monitor and develop processes and policies in conjunction with local governance and business stakeholders. These include compliance with the applicable MMC policies; as well as other local policies governing spend with, and engagement of, third parties.

- Assist in formulating strategic sourcing options, model/analyze each option and recommend the option that will secure differential value from the supply market for each of the product and service categories.

- Participate in cross-functional teams in negotiating appropriate agreements with suppliers as well as supporting Legal in finalizing and executing contracts including defining and executing appropriate sourcing tactics in negotiating agreements with respective suppliers.

- Vendor Management of key suppliers/ contract management / commercial management - work with business stakeholders to agree the approach and then to manage key supplier relationships. Ensure governance over these relationships is robust - with contracts being managed, meetings being held, and supplier risk is being managed.

- Project management - drive and deliver identified projects across procurement, compliance and spend related channels.

- Process reviews and Audits (liaison with Compliance) - work with business stakeholders to support assessments of the way procurement and related activity is being undertaken relative to policy and departmental guidance.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent experience

- 12+ years of experience with +5 years of experience within commercial, risk management or project environments within a multi-national organization.Experience of working across a global team.
