Job Description:

Be a consultant on the core team that is being formed for Strategic Solutions

- Part of the team that works on consulting engagements

- Understand end to end of the business that we are consulting with

- Conceptualize the business problem and alternate solutions

- Recommend practical solutions after comprehensive analysis

- Own the solutions to ensure that business sees the results (as against pure recommendations)

- Proactively engage with senior leaders in Business

- Help and support other team members on their engagements

- Bring in Thought Leadership and External perspectives

Experience, Qualification and Skills:

- Around 7+ years of experience

- At least 3-5 years of Experience in Financial Services/Retirement services

- Strategic Thinking

- Conceptualization skills

- Very strong verbal communication and very senior Client/Partner interface skills/ experience

- Very good written communication (slideware) skills

- High influencing skills, including ability to negotiate and execute strategies with peers and colleagues across organizational boundaries.

- Program management skills

- High Analytical Skills

- Experience in Strategic engagements – engaging with senior leaders of Global Businesses

- Ability to frequently travel to US (on need basis)

- Self-starter, Self-motivated

Education:

- MBA from top tier college
