The Strategic Solutions Architect, Data Management &amp; Marketing Technology will be tasked with leading and supporting all strategic data and technical solutions architecture for consulting engagements and overseeing the technical solutions aspect of subsequent delivery programs. Must have a demonstrable background as a hands-on architect with experience in big data, data management, data lakes, data hubs, data-driven CRM. Skilled in multiple marketing technology platforms such as CMS, E-Mail, Mobile, DMP, DAM, ESB, API GW, etc. The candidate will have experience in effective collaborating with all facets of the business including Sales, Marketing, customer interfacing and product development to promote efficiencies and delivery excellence. The successful candidate will possess a keen understanding of the rapidly changing consumer trends in the digital and data space. He will be a key participant in the effort to build effective online processes focused on a balance between performance and the overall user experience. Duties &amp; responsibilities of the role -&nbsp; - Understand best practice marketing and data processes to align technology solutions to optimize those processes across the business - Must be able to demonstrate a strong background as a solutions architect in the digital, marketing data, enterprise integration and custom development space - Help design and solution architect a fully integrated marketing stack, including marketing and customer data, to drive closed loop measurement - Help select, configure, and integrate marketing technology solutions, such as: planning and budgeting, project management and workflow tools, content management and data management systems - Must be demonstrably proficient as a hands-on architect to build, configure, and support core system integrations in at least one leading platform in the CX technology, data or eCommerce space (for e.g. Adobe, SiteCore, Salesforce, CDP and Loyalty) - Lead proof of concept efforts to quickly test and validate the usefulness of software solutions to marketing initiatives - Executes with limited guidance and proactively takes initiative to kick off work streams and projects - Interact cross-functionally with a wide variety of people and teams - Keep current with the latest martech and adtech technologies and advise management on their implications for the organization - Collaborate with Digital Marketing Directors on all marketing measurement programs - Support marketing team with insights on key metrics, analysis and interpretation of trends from marketing data Skills &amp; Qualification -&nbsp; - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing or equivalent experience - Total 10+ of experience in Data management - 3-5+ experience managing marketing and/or advertising technology - 3-5+ experience integrating marketing technology with enterprise data applications - Strong skills in Marketing automation, CRM and Loyalty best practices are required - At least 1 year of experience solutioning with marketing technology, ad tech, CRM and Loyalty platforms - Strong communication and presentation skills - Solid analytical and problem solving skills to create data-driven insights - Self-driven, love challenges, entrepreneurial spirit and an ability to executing projects in a timely manner - Consultative aptitude to offer advice and expertise in applying digital marketing technologies to solve issues, create value, maximize growth and transform business
