- Generates new revenue opportunities by researching, qualifying, and closing business in both new and existing accounts
- Diagnose client needs on an on-going basis to maintain and grow existing accounts
- Create and update Sales Forecasts that reflects the status of potential and booked revenue
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and other internal resources as required to advance sales opportunities
- Provides input, assists, and/or develops proposals in response to client requests
- Flexible to use different technology platforms to engage with external customers and colleagues
- Responsible to manage personal score card of meetings, conversions, revenue, and profitability goals
- Actively participates in sales planning and account strategy sessions as required
