Strategic Role - Quality Management Professional - HR Projects - eCommerce

Looking for Quality Management Professional who has worked on HR projects for an eCommerce Giant.

Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for overseeing delivery of HR projects.

- Collating and owning key people data and undertaking detailed data analysis

- Drive all communications related to changes

- Collaboratively working with other parts of the organization to identify dependencies and report back to key stakeholders

- Build relationships and form alliances with external counterparts, communities of practice and stakeholders to scan for innovations and opportunities to form partnerships.

- Working closely with the HR to ensure smooth implementation and handover project activity to business as usual at the appropriate point.

- Ensure the project and BAU HR teams are regularly updated on project activity and consulted on key decisions in a timely and proactive manner.
