- Worked on contractual compliance
- Brilliant communication
- Should know sourcing of contractual employees- 3 full time and 4 contractual employees reporting
- Good knowledge in employment law requirements of Contingent Workforce.
- Experience and strong knowledge of an Internally Managed Contingent Workforce Program
Resposibilities
- Ensure business stakeholders are aware of compliance and labor risks.
- understand the market that drive vendors and contingent worker population
