Strategic Role - Contingent Workforce - Talent Acquisition Firm

The role will be the liason between different business teams requiring Contingent Workforce and Contracted Vendors. The role will require deep partnership and collaboration with Business stakeholders, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Technology services and Vendors.

Preferred

- 10-12 years of experience in a global Talent Acquisition organization; with emphasis in contingent workforce and vendor management

- Experience and strong knowledge of an Internally Managed Contingent Workforce Program

- Prior Staffing Agency experience is desirable as it is critical that this person can thoroughly understand the market that drive vendors and contingent worker population, as well as being able to foresee and troubleshoot traditional contract recruiting challenges/pitfalls.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for defining and executing the Service Contract Workforce Strategy.

- Partner with different business on workforce strategy, partner selection, contracting and onboarding of Service Contractors/Vendors.

- Responsible for the management of the requisition pipeline, management of headcount and invoice management.

- Identify legal/Financial Risks and proactively implement solutions to mitigate them.

- Ensure business stakeholders are aware of compliance and labor risks.

- Act as a liason to Vendors to resolve daily operational issues and escalate as appropriate.

- Partner with the internal Vendor Management team to ensure contractual compliance and vendor performance are maintained
