Strategic Role - CEO's Office - Startup (1-5 yrs)
The profile requires close working with the CEO along with respective business heads in order to achieve strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate should have abilities in business acumen; strategy formulation and P& L understanding; data comprehension & inference development; project management & team working.
Role :
- Assist & coordinate the strategy planning exercise
- To monitor tasks delegated by CEO to ensure that the task is achieved to agreed deadlines
- Co-ordinating Cross Functional teams to ensure project deliverables
- External & Internal interface on behalf of CEO
- Helping in business presentations & tie up with internal & external stakeholders.
- Business data analysis
- Assist the CEO with inputs and data required for making strategic decisions
- Other activities as and when assigned by the Superior
