Strategic Role - Campus Hiring/Placement - Business School (3-6 yrs)
- Handle relationship with Training and Placement cell and student coordinators
- Build a relationship with universities through various engagement events and on-campus activities along with campus ambassadors.
Hiring :
- Slot negotiation during the hiring season
- Identify Interview Panel during Hiring drives
- Ensure that campus hiring process is adhered to (rounds of interview, feedback documentation etc.)
Onboarding:
- Follow up with Training and Placement cell and candidates to ensure smooth joining
- Work with various teams like TA Ops, Branding, Perfect Welcome, Learning and Development, HRBPs and Business Leaders for Seamless Onboarding and Assimilation of Candidates
Operations:
- Liaison with HR Operations team for generating offer Letters, and Pre-Joining communication with candidates
- Allocation Process for candidates
- Program Management
- Flinternship Program
- MT Program / SDE Bootcamp
- Off-campus hiring events
