- Promote Operational excellence and identify opportunities to create efficiency, remove obstacles and outline high impact opportunities

- Coordinate, orchestrate and manage projects or commitments involving the CFO

- Work with various finance functions and other business functions

- Streamline processes with various stakeholders on project and commitments involving CFO

- Assist in preparation and facilitation of CFO meetings

- Manage, support, and take charge of special CFO projects and initiatives , Work on CFO office Digital initiatives, Provide data analytics to CFO for better functional output

- Proven ability to build relationships with cross functional teams of diverse styles, skill sets and experience levels and achieve results

- Demonstrated ability to work as a part of team

- Ability to manage resources and multiple projects simultaneously under pressure and within deadlines

- Organised and detail oriented with ability to prioritise

- Willingness to work hard, take directions, and creatively solve problems answers for which are not obvious or known

- Ability to think critically, prioritise and demonstrate good judgement

- Excellent Analytical, Written and Verbal communication skills
