Strategic Partnership Role - NGO (2-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to)

- Streamline fund and donor management operations for existing leads

- Identify and research suitable new prospects - foundations, corporates, individuals, and among partner NGOs working in STEM and cultivate these relationships on behalf of the organization

- Manage the end-to-end cycle with each prospective partner: Identifying high-value, prospective partners, initiating leads, calls, and meetings, making presentations, writing proposals, and closing agreements

- Maintaining documentation on progress, status, and hand-over to operations for after-sales and maintain relationship after-sales

- Regular follow ups and engagement with CSR PoCs and NGOs

- Design proposals for corporate CSRs in partnership with NGOs

- Research and tracking of potential funding sources to help improve the fundraising strategy.

- Represent Tan-Ninety and be a visible part of a successful organization at forums involving stakeholders such as other non-profits, foundation and government agencies

- Design and implement innovative partnering and sustainability strategies to attract strategic and innovative funding, across a range of funders in India and globally

- Build a network and support base to champion and raise funds for Tan-Ninety's vision and mission

- Analyze and use data from the school information system to create high quality impact reports for supporting board level reviews, creating grant applications and for external communications
