About the Role:

- We are seeking a seasoned leader to partner with us in elevating our prestigious client's brand and steering the company towards a successful Initial Public Offering (IPO).

- As a strategic advisor, you will play a key role in shaping the brand's market presence, guiding the IPO process, and - positioning the company for long-term growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Market Positioning:

- Elevate the client's brand by developing and implementing strategies to increase market visibility and engagement.

- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to strengthen the brand's competitive positioning.

IPO Guidance:

- Provide expert advice on IPO processes, including planning, regulatory compliance, and execution.

- Develop and execute strategies to meet IPO requirements and timelines.

Growth & Roadmap Planning:

- Define the company's growth roadmap, identifying key milestones and strategies for market expansion.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with the company's long-term objectives.

Investor Relations & Capital Raising:

- Leverage your network to build strong relationships with potential investors.

- Lead capital raising initiatives, ensuring the company is well-positioned for a successful IPO.
