- They are looking for a Strategic Marketing Leader to be based out of Bangalore, who can develop and implement strategic marketing plans for customer opportunities.

Job Description :

Reporting directly to the MD, the primary responsibilities of the Strategic Marketing Leader will include :

- Leading the Marketing Communications, Product Management and Technology Application teams in the business.

- Partnering and influencing the business leadership team to ensure strategic change is embraced and successful execution is accomplished.

- Leading the local business strategy development.

- Translating Strategies into Technology priorities that drive technology resource allocation and research trial.

- Lead the strategic and tactical marketing plans for the business.

- Leading the Annual Business Planning and proactively measure and monitor performance and identify corrective actions.

- Conducting rigorous business cases focused on delivering customer benefits for new offerings.

- Build relationships, drafting best practices and gaining insight on new opportunities.

Profile :

- MBA with 10 to 15 years of experience strategic marketing

- Prior experience in developing a go to market strategy, leveraging customer insight and innovation

- Experience in fiduciary responsibility, including budgets, expenses, or pricing

- Exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to build and grow connections with people of all types and backgrounds

- Ability to communicate well in English, written and verbal

- Willingness to travel (20%)
