Strategic Manager - CXO Office

We are looking for a Strategic Manager - CXO office for our client with pan India presence

Job Details :

Reports to :CXO

Experience : 3+ yrs ,strong in Finance , analytics, presentation skills &stakeholder management

Education : Graduate with MBA - Regular

Knowledge Required : A person who has worked in a business outcome driven environment and has a strong drive for viewing every action from a business impacting point of view

Skills / Competencies : Business outcome driven with a solution mindset ;- Analytical skills ; - Innovative and capability to come up with out of box Ideas. Good facilitator/coordinator

Relevant Experience (Functions, roles, duration) : Business Analyst/ Consultant/Strategic EA profile

Working Conditions : Regular working hours ; 5 days a week.

KRA :

- Drive all departments for timely and accurate data sharing with stakeholders for meaningful analysis

- Submit an error-free/accurate presentation to stakeholders for key decision making

- Organize for regular team review meetings for performance discussion and improvements

- Circulate the agenda of discussion

- Prepare a MOM of the review meeting

- Circulate the MOM with the action points/deadlines agreed

- Track the closure and ensure reporting to stakeholders
