Strategic Initiatives Lead/Chief Strategy Officer/Chief Of Operations (5-8 yrs)
We are hiring Lead-Strategic Initiatives/ CSO- Chief of Operations.
Job Objective: To assess organizational performance, strategic opportunities and develop goals that improve organizational effectiveness and build a sustainable competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment of the business environment and identifying strategic opportunities & new product-oriented initiatives
- Lead these strategic programs
- Partner sales team on solutioning calls
- Evaluation of inorganic opportunities (M&A, Partnerships)
- Support efforts to drive efficiency and effectiveness of internal processes
- Build external client network
- Work on unlocking growth by finding new opportunities for growth, repositioning the products, continuously redesigning the sales pitch along with the team to enhancing efficacy of market reach.
New Initiatives:
- Drive priority initiatives end to end (including identification, conceptualization, business case evaluation, and project management)
- Delivery on program.
Required Exp: 5-8 Years.
